Castanea mollissima, 1-year-old bareroot seedings. These average about 1.5-2.5 feet in height. Grown from trees with excellent bearing qualities and nuts.

Etter Mix – seedling mix grown from Fayette Etter's orchard of Chestnut cultivars. Fayette Etter was called “the Luther Burbank of nut trees” and introduced several great Chestnut cultivars such as “Abundance.”

Pequea Mix – seedling mix grown from a grove established in Pequea PA perhaps 60-75 years ago likely sourced from J.F. Jones or John Hershey's nursery.
